As it remains unclear when foreign nationals will be able to enter Egypt at the Rafah crossing, trucks carrying more humanitarian aid wait to be allowed into Gaza. NBC News' Josh Lederman reports on the state of the border after a convoy of 20 trucks was allowed through on Saturday.
